When a child requires palliative care, the entire family faces a deeply challenging reality. Medical needs often take center stage, leaving little space for joy, emotional connection, or shared experiences. Cada momento importa was created to change that — offering cultural, recreational, and artistic experiences that strengthen bonds, celebrate life, and allow families to treasure unforgettable moments together.

What We Do?

Through personalized activities tailored to each child and family, we nurture joy, strengthen connections, and support emotional well-being.

Creating Special Moments: We organize outings, celebrations, and photo sessions, as well as safe, loving spaces where families can say goodbye to their children in a warm and heartfelt way — surrounded by love and support.
Remember Me: Our annual in-memoriam event honors the lives of children who received pediatric palliative care. It’s a space of remembrance and solidarity, where families can share memories, celebrate their child’s legacy, and find comfort in the presence of others who have experienced similar journeys.
